I had a mold inspection done by AQ Testing Services and they provided me with a Mold Remediation Protocol to give to a licensed Mold Remediation Contractor. I contacted Tracey and he came out within a few hours to give me an estimate. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly and the project passed clearance after the first clearance inspection and testing. I am very pleased with the work they did and highly recommend them to anyone needing someone that will go above and beyond and explain every step of the process.

We discovered an area of mold in an upstairs closet in our longtime home which we were getting getting ready for sale.  We were referred to Tracy Ezzell and his company based upon his years of experience by a highly respected air quality testing expert, and in response to our panicked call on a Sunday afternoon, Mr. Ezzell patiently listened to our concerns and formulated a plan to remedy the situation.  Despite an impending ice storm in the area and other logistical challenges, he got the remediation work started immediately.  Additionally, he worked closely with our real estate agent and our painter/drywall contractor to make sure the interruption of the remediation work did not adversely impact the process of getting the house ready for sale.  All of this was done while we were four hours away in our new home and location – Mr. Ezzell and his team made sure we were always updated on the status of the work being done and made it simple for us.  Lastly, we were initially very concerned that a mold remediation report would cause problems for us in the sale of the home.  To the contrary, we received a certification with no problems and our house received multiple offers over the list price.  We recommend Mr. Ezzell’s services with appreciation for his initiative, quality of work and dedication to total customer service.
